What currency am I being charged?

All orders placed are charged in US Dollars. Default prices are listed in USD. For international orders, outside of the US, your bank will determine the exact exchange rate that you will be charged for your purchase and convert the funds to your local currency.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

What should I do if I’m getting an error when placing an order?

No worries, sometimes it’s just a quick refresh away. Try clearing your browser cache or switching payment methods. If the issue continues, simply reach out to us at contact@byavry.com, and we’ll help you complete your order right away.

How do I use a discount code or gift card?

You can enter your code at checkout under the “Discount Code” section before payment. The total will update automatically once applied.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you’d like to make any changes, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@byavry.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder sometimes it likes to hide there.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Singapore: 2–5 business days
  • Malaysia: 5–8 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

We know how exciting it is to receive your AVRY order and how stressful it can be when it doesn’t show up. First, check with your building’s reception, mailbox, or neighbours. If it’s still missing, email us at contact@byavry.com, and we’ll help you locate it.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping options at checkout for selected countries if you need your AVRY products sooner.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey home to you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to absolutely love your AVRY experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

Simply email us at contact@byavry.com, and our team will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

My product arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?

Oh no! We’re so sorry about that. Please email contact@byavry.com with your order number, photos, or a short video of the issue, and we’ll make it right immediately.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
