How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first at contact@byavry.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

If eligible, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and simple instructions for sending your item back for inspection.

Damages & Product Issues

Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We want every AVRY product to reach you in perfect condition.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping postage.
  • We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping postage.
  • We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt and tracking number.

If your exchange is accepted, a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional shipping cost.

Fees may apply for exchanges due to incorrect models or selections made at checkout.

Please allow 7 business days for your exchange to be processed once your return is received.
