Warranty Duration

Our limited warranty is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your AVRY product is damaged or defective within the warranty period, please follow the steps below to initiate a claim:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Describe the Issue: Share a brief explanation of the problem, along with clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Warranty Evaluation

Once we receive your claim, our team will review your submission to determine if the issue falls within the scope of this warranty. This evaluation may include a physical inspection or an assessment based on the photos and details provided.

Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: A new product of the same model or equivalent design.
  • Store Credit: Equal to the value of the defective item, redeemable on future purchases.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning.
  • Accidents, impacts, or dropping the device.
  • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs.
  • Exposure to water, moisture, or extreme conditions.

Return of Defective Product

In certain cases, we may request that the defective item be returned for inspection. If required, AVRY will cover the return shipping costs.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by AVRY. No other warranties, express or implied, are offered. AVRY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
